SHIPPING IN ITALY

Our products can be shipped from different locations, when you click on the product and access the product detail page, at the top right you will always see the name of the supplier and the place from which the product will be shipped, for example you will read

'LA BULLDOGATTA PET BOUTIQUE - ITALY'

which means that the product is La Bulldogatta branded and is shipped from our headquarters in Italy, or you can read

'LA BULLDOGATTA INTERNATIONAL - ....' or 'LA BULLDOGATTA EU - ....'

which means that the product will be shipped from abroad at no additional cost.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES:

They are always indicated in the product description, and are:

1) From our headquarters in Venice or another warehouse in Italy

- shipping via Bartolini or SDA courier or Poste Delivery express of Poste Italiane

- cost 5.50 euros

- delivery times: 1-4 working days from shipment (2-5 for islands and Calabria)

-orders placed before 10am on a working day are shipped the same day, those placed after this time are placed the next working day. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. Delivery times, once the order has been shipped, are 1-4 working days (2-5 for the south and islands).

-Shipment (except for authorized cash on delivery orders) takes place only after receipt of payment:

Payments by credit card or PayPal reach us immediately.

Payments by postepay top-up or instant bank transfer arrive as soon as you make the payment, but take care to notify us of the payment if you are urgent.

Payments by ordinary bank transfer can take from 1 to 3 days to be credited to our account, send us confirmation of payment, however the orders will not be shipped until we receive them on the account.

For our needs, we may use other couriers, but the shipping costs indicated to you and borne by you are not changed.

You will always receive website and tracking code.

2) Directly from the production houses of the foreign suppliers we rely on

You have no additional shipping costs, delivery times vary from 5 to 10 working days.

You will never have to pay customs duties under any circumstances, because these are costs that we already bear at the origin.

You will always receive site and code and assistance for tracking the order.

We will always clearly indicate where the product is shipped from, if you add products from different origins to the cart, you will simply receive the goods in different packages.

For example, if you buy 2 clothes identified as shipped from Italy and 1 doghouse identified as shipped from abroad, you will receive 1 package containing the 2 clothes and 1 containing the doghouse, with different delivery times according to points 1 and 2.

In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by placing the wording "GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE" on the delivery document received from the courier or from another operator, in the event of failure to report on the document, I will not be able to reimburse any damage or loss of material. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods. After 7 days from delivery, I am no longer responsible for damages occurred during transport.

The costs vary from area to area and are calculated automatically at checkout, delivery times are on average 3-5 working days once the shipment has been made, the shipment takes place only after receipt of payment.
